After doing some research, I chose this machine. I am amazed at how quiet it is. It does an excellent job getting our clothes clean. The light inside makes it very easy to spot those smaller items. Overall, this has been a great machine. Hopefully it will last for years.

After thoroughly searching the features, price, dependability and reviews of several washers and dryers, we found that Electrolux outperformed the rest. We also have a friend that has a set and has been very happy with them. The 15 minute speed wash and dry comes in real handy, along with the wrinkle release/perfect steam feature and extended tumble to deal when you don't have time to iron wrinkled clothes. The only thing we would improve upon is the fact that Electrolux should have the washer hose and dryer steam hoses to match and to have them BOTH to be braided stainless steel (not braided stainless steel for washer and non-matching black rubber hose for dryer) when customers are required to have Home Depot include the hoses as a requirement for installation. The braided stainless steel dryer hoses are the same price as the black rubber hoses, so we are at a loss as to why Electrolux would not do this, especially when a customer is paying top dollar for quality and the appearance of their new appliances. It would also be wise to list this hose as BLACK RUBBER on the receipt, so that the customer knows it is not the same as the braided stainless steel hose for the washer and offer an exchange for the braided stainless steel dryer hose BEFORE installation. Knowing we were unhappy with this, Home Depot, kindly credited us for the unsightly black rubber hose and gave us a braided stainless steel one, but they were told by Electrolux Customer Service that they wouldn't send someone out to install it. When paying over $2000.00 (including purchasing the 5 year extended warranty) and having not received the steam dryer hose upon the initial installation, thus needing to take time off for the installers to come again, it would have been nice for Electrolux to have extended the courtesy of having the installers come back and install the braided stainless steel hose, we thought we were paying for, on the dryer. Small courtesies, such as this, set certain companies apart from the rest, resulting in happy, repeat customers.

I love the options this machine has, I have used the 15 minute wash cycle for things that just need a refresh. I love that it has a glass front door and not plastic. I haven’t used all the cycles yes but I’m sure I’ll get there soon.

I like the product so far. I’ve only had it for about a week and few days. It does seem to take longer than the average machine, to run a cycle, but no complaints otherwise.

I have an Electrolux dryer and bought the washer recently. I love it so much! It has a light in the drum also, which is very helpful (didn't think I really needed that feature) and it washes my clothes better than any other washer I've had. It has taken stains out of clothes that wouldn't come out before, it's a great washer!

I don’t fluster easily._x000D_ Electrolux cancelled our w/d order after 2wks ( day before delivery). Took a long time to get customer service. Problem corrected w a supervisor who was great. First set of delivery men refused to deliver ( and repeatedly said “ no paperwork for install” altho I read upside the install, door swap and others were included)… this took another 2wks for second delivery. Everything is in place now and operational but it did take 6 weeks from first order to install
