The Electrolux Washer that we own has been a very reliable unit after seven years of daily use. Unfortunately we started having some issues with the during the final spin cycle. The unit seemed to get out of balance even with the light load and would smell of burning rubber with some light smoke coming out when open the door. After having a service person evaluate the problem it could be duplicated at that time. The very next day again with a light load the unit again started smoking and smell of burnt rubber. After reviewing our options, we made the decision to purchase a new unit rather than spend the money for the repair. Decided on getting the same (newer) model Electrolux Washer since it had been so reliable for the last 7 years, easy to use and we wanted to match the Electrolux Dryer we have. Our decision was based on the cost to make repairs (parts & labor) vs. a new unit.

Great washer. We abused the first one for over 10 years. Would have gone another 10. So we bought the latest version. The new model…quieter, more options, and clean clothes.

Like everything about it with the exception of being a little noisy. Great features and easy control panel. We will see as time goes by for endurance.

This washer is fantastic. Easy to operate, quiet, stacked with features and looks great. Washes clothes with minimal effort. Highly recommend!

We've owned a number of washing machines over the past 40 years and this Electrolux is by far the best in terms of quiet, clean, efficient! Love it. We've only had it a few weeks thus cannot comment on reliability but so far so great.

Love it. Don't need to stand on step stool to get the clothes out of my washer anymore.
