My old washer had a hole in the drum which meant I needed to replace it as soon as possible. This was unfortunate as the washer was about 9 and a 1/2 years old, but there was really no other option. I got one toward the bottom of the model line because we're expecting to be out of the house in a few years. Not nearly as nice as my old one, but it does the job. And cleans well

Our new front loader is the perfect fit for our new smaller living space. Great for smaller loads and has exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Still figuring things out but overall great product_x000D_ The only complaint is _x000D_ I wish you could change the volume of the end of wash_x000D_ Our washer and dryer are in the basement and can not hear the chime to tell you it is done

I have only washed about 20 loads but so far it is great. My favorite feature so far is the internal heater that makes the water hotter to sanitize towels or other things I want really hot water for.
