I bought this washer one month ago. I love how much control I have over each cycle now: temperature, spin speed, etc. It means I can really customize how I clean each load of laundry. For example, I recently washed some wool sweaters in this washer (which I have only hand washed for years) - and they turned out BEAUTIFULLY. My clothes look, feel and smell cleaner than ever!

So far it's an excellent machine, clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Runs quiet and I enjoy the digital controls, makes it hard not to get an excellent result..

We bought this washer for our new build because we needed one with a right hand opening door.. This washer came with easy to follow instructions on reversing the door, which closes easily (i.e. you don't have to slam it shut). It has more cycles than I need. The drum is well-balanced and the washer is super quiet when spinning.

I did an incredible amount of research when it came time to buying a new washer and dryer. After a lot of research, I said along Electrolux. I really wanted to love this model. The first one that was delivered had a faulty door and it would not cash. The second one worked well for a couple of weeks and then suddenly started leaking out the front door all over my floor. I know this is just fluke and I know this is not a majority experience for this model or company. But it has been my experience. This is compounded by the fact that I also bought an Electrolux dryer and went through four of them, none of which worked. or, at least they had a variety of problems from an extremely loud, grinding noise, to no heat, massive amounts of water in the dryer duct. The dryer was model 763CBW. I bought both of these through Costco, Canada, and Costco Canada has great service and has really been helpful. But it has been quite stressful having six different appliances come through my house. After the water leak, I have decided to give up on Electrolux. I firmly believe that I ended up in a fluke situation and do not think this is normal. Again, I really wanted to love these machines (to replace my old Kenmore Elites, which were awesome). Electrolux has great features. I loved the 15 min fast wash. But I will not buy Electrolux again.
