We are enjoying our new washer. It has loads of wash cycle varieties. The user interface is easy to use. We are a family of four and it sees daily use. It's been reliable.

Used it for about a month. Works very well. Love the detergent pod selection option. Extended refresh is also handy. When my dryer goes I’ll definitely be getting a matching Electrolux dryer!

I bought this washer about a month ago. It is comparable to my 20 year old washer. It doesn’t seem to rinse the clothes as good as I would like. So far I am happy with it

Only a month old so we’ve not been able to try all the features. However, we’re impressed with how quiet the washer is! Looking forward to trying more features.

We bought this washer 1 month ago. All this hype about Electrolux is very disappointing. The door doesn't lock, it's defect! still waiting for repair. We checked other stores and door locks correctly The washer vibrate too much and it's very noisy. The front panel options light indicators are too tiny (dots), hard to see see when you selecting a cycle, they too fat and blurry. The lock icon should be red. No drain/spin cycle! Tehe Fash Wash cycle defaults to Max spin speed, that causes too much vibration, it cannot be changed! Let the consumer change the options. My previous front load washers (Kenmore, etc.),were quiet and user friendly.

From the very first use, we were charmed by this washer. The product dispenser is fantastic! The water efficiency seems really effective, and the laundry always comes out fresh! I highly recommend this washer!

As one of the other reviewers stated, one of the reasons we selected this machine was because of the reversible door. This is third front ( or fourth) front load washer but my first Electrolux. One thing I am especially pleased with is how our bath towels come out smelling fresh. Very happy with the machine.

So far so good. Runs quiet, looks good, lots of options. Only issue is sometimes the door doesn't lock on the first try, as if something is slightly misaligned. Would give it 5 stars if not for that.
