I ordered this machine January 4th I just got it two weeks ago! But dang was it worth the months in the laundromat! This machine is sleek , quiet , and cleans like a dream! My clothes retain their shape, are stain free, and they come out almost dry which saves time in the dryer! I’m in love!! Lol

Love the available options, especially the spin options to reduce drying time. Clothes are clean and fresh and the washer fits perfectly in my space. It’s my first front load washer and I purchased the pedestal. I love it!

I was a little nervous about navigating all the settings on this washer but it is extremely user friendly. I find it does a great job of getting my clothes cleaner and fresher than my previous washer.

We have been using this washer for about a month without problems. I primarily use delicate/cold cycles and my husband and son use athletic and normal cycles. Options are obvious and easy to choose. My only complaints are minor and regarding the detergent dispenser. There is always water pooled in it at the end of a cycle. You can only use a maximum of 2 detergent pods; we have used up to 3 in the past for large, smelly (think teenage boy) loads. Also, it is annoying to have to push separate "Pods" button if we are using a detergent pod rather than liquid detergent. I am sure one of us will forget to do so at some point. Otherwise it is running well and clothes are clean.
