Before I bought this machine, my former machine was pretty old with limited functions and features. This machine changed my life very much since it has much more advanced functions and features. It helped me to keep track of my laundry much better!

I am in love with my new Electrolux Front End loader. I previously had a Whirlpool, but this time I choose an Electrolux because of the reviews and the ten year warranty on the motor. I love all the features it has and how easy it is to operate. I love the towel cycle because it spins them very well, which in turn doesn’t take as long to dry them. It does a great job getting all my clothes clean. I highly recommend buying an Electrolux washer!

Purchased from Lowe's, was leaking upon arrival. First load I assumed was just water dripping from door, second load confirmed there was a pretty major leak. Was past the 48h window for exchanges with Lowe's, so ended up with a service tech coming out a week later. Together we were able to diagnose the issue, which is seemingly a failed mating between the drain hose and drain pump (intake to drain pump). Despite it being attaching correctly, being clamped correctly, and having no obvious damage, water seeps out from the coupling even if there's barely any poured into the tub (a few oz is all it takes, just enough to fill up the drain pump reservoir). Tech ordered new drain hose, drain pump, and clamp since we couldn't determine which part was actually failing. It's now been two weeks since we originally ordered this, parts still aren't in. Once it comes in, naturally, I'll be servicing this myself since it'd be yet another week or so to get a service tech to come back out to do it. Sure am glad I'm wrenching on a brand new thousand dollar washing machine.

As my first washer, I can say with confidence that I couldn’t of asked for anything more. This washer ( and matching dryer) is luxury compared to what I was dealing with before. This washer has a quick wash time, and leaves my clothes spotless and smelling so good. 10/10 recommended

Best washer ever. Bought both washer and dryer with pedestals so very easy transferring loads. Like all the options and easy to navigate.

I love this washer. Clothes, towels, sheets etc are much cleaner. The washing options has made it much easier and quicker. I enjoy washing again.
