Heaven smiled and led me to Shore Appliance in Ocean View, DE. The part to repair my broken washer would not ship until 2023! I paid attention to the manual and promptly washed about 40 loads of accumulated clothes. The settings are varied and clever — from Fast Dry to Refresh. Performance top notch. If Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.

We switch from a top load Samsung washer that was constantly getting off balance and not getting the clothes dry enough to move over to the dryer. We have been very happy with the switch to the Electrolux front load, Washes are fast and its easy to operate.

It's a good washing machine. Mine seems very loud when the drain pump turns on which surprised me. I was expecting it to be super quiet for a brand new machine.

I am listing little issues below not because they should warn anyone off the product - just feedback on a few customer reactions. Overall the unit certainly seems to wash properly and has all the wash options - and more- we had on our past (other brand) unit. _x000D_ _x000D_ I like the extra rinse option as even with proper detergent measuring some build up can occur over time especially with lots of the loads running on cold. _x000D_ _x000D_ The lighted drum is handy._x000D_ _x000D_ The optional pedestal is a big help._x000D_ _x000D_ The way the back cover is formed makes it a bit limiting on how (at which angle) one can attach right angle supply hoses. _x000D_ _x000D_ The discharge hose was too short for my situation and adding an extension was a non-trivial bit of work. I wish you supplied a longer - cut to fit - discharge hose._x000D_ _x000D_ I was used to our old direct drive front loader which was able to rock back and forth to help release clothing after the spin cycle. So the user needs to be sure to manually spin the drum and look for items stuck on the top of the drum. _x000D_ _x000D_ The touch panels are a bit too sensitive so if you brush against the face, like reaching above the unit for something, you can inadvertently change wash settings. I think these “buttons” should require longer contact. _x000D_ _x000D_ One can only turn the signal chime off and on. No volume adjustment that I could find. Would be handy to have that option for those of use with reduced hearing ability.

Love the washer. It is quiet, holds a lot of clothes and short wash time. Very little water left in clothes after wash making the time in dryer short also. I love the ring tone that lets me know the wash time is complete. I rated four stars because the light stays on when door is open and washer cannot dry out and there is a musty smell when I ise the washer again

We recently purchased a stackable Electrolux front load washing machine. After using it for a month I would definitely recommend the appliance with one caveat. It is louder than I would have expected. Despite the loud spin cycle and surprisingly noisy wash cycle overall, the washer has a number of settings that suit all washing needs. The cabin drawer to fill detergent and softener has several options as well. The washer is stacked under the dryer and comes in white or metallic. I enjoy the light inside of the appliances to help remove all articles of clothing not leaving any loose socks astray. Great appliance, despite the sound.
