I had a Samsung that hardly worked for years. This machine is amazing and I am using the same laundry detergent and fabric softener but our clothes smell so much better!!! I’m a fan!! Will but again!!!

We purchased our new Electrolux end of September, and have been using the machine for several weeks. The machine itself is pretty quiet and easy to use, I do like the cycle complete alert feature. I find that this machine cleans better than my prior front loader, my sheets are brighter, using the same detergent.

Love my new washer. It's very quiet. Just make sure the installers take the time to level the unit and remote all the shipping stuff. My delivery guys left the Styrofoam on the bottom making the unit super loud when running. I took it out and now is very quiet. Washes clothes well. Love that I was able to reverse the door.

I love my new washer! It has so many features my old washer didn't have and it is bigger than the old washer. I'm so happy I finally got a new washer!

I love it but it developed multiple problems quickly which have at least two error codes sufficient to interest the warranty repair guy. Whom, might I note, came after two weeks plus a week of dealing with the useless customer service company, and can’t do anything without a part that will come in two more weeks. So while I like the appliance in theory, I have an appliance that broke within nine months and a warranty service company (RSI) that sends a capable technician if you can actually contact them, which they make very hard, with their tough schedule of lunch hours, early closings, and general duff service. .

We purchased a new home and the builder wasn’t able to supply a washer and dryer or refrigerator so we had to purchase our own and being a prior Electrolux owner I brought all Electrolux appliances and couldn’t be happier easy to use great options and appearance we are completely happy with everything.
