Purchased a previous model washer/dryer last year for our home. Very happy with the set. Love all the different options on the washer. Laundry comes out very clean. The Electrolux models are higher in price but they are worth it. We have since bought a second set for a rental we have.

I've only had this washer for 3 weeks but so far so good. It's great at removing excess water (even with a medium spin) which definitely decreases dryer time. I love the extra capacity awarded be the front-load feature.

we upgraded our washer and dryer to new Electrolux front load appliances. We added the matching pedestals to both the washer and the dryer and they are at the perfect height for loading and unloading. We are very pleased with these Electrolux machines, this brand has proved to be The best choice for us and many that we know have done the same by purchasing Electrolux. We were unfamiliar with the Electrolux brand of washers until a salesman at Friedhaber's appliances in Oil City, PA recommended it when our former washer suddenly sounded like a tractor-trailer with its jake brakes on. Our new washer does a great job cleaning whatever we put into it. The estimated time display is very accurate.

So far, I love this washer. Even with the electronics it possesses, it's easy to use for even those who like the old fashion knobs. The only drawback I have with this model is the extra needed to ensure it's dry so it doesn't get mold. Leaving the door open is fine, but the tray makes me have to do a little more to ensure there's no water in it after I'm done.

I had so many good things to say about my first washer that, when it needed to be replaced after many years, I naturally opted to buy the same machine. This machine is a disappointment because it is loud, often doesn't spin clothes well in spite of the spin selection I make, and the pull out drawer receiving the laundry products is very long and hangs down slightly when opened enough for me to add detergent.
