Only had it for about 1 month so I can't speak to long term reliability. It is much quieter than my 14 year old GE machine. No more water hammers when the water comes in and out. Also very smooth with the spin. I have not heard any banging for unbalanced loads like my old machine used to do. Large capacity as well. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars that it appears one of the screws on the door is missing. The door seems sturdy but maybe that is how it seems to be designed. Have not had the time to contact customer service as yet

This has been the best washer I have owned. I used to have a front load washer and swore I wouldn’t get one again, but then had to with space/design of our new house. I am so happy with the features and function of this one. Love this company.

Works amazing, wish there was a small load option and it's a little loud when taking in water from lines but other than that I love it. Everything feels and smells cleaner than when I was using my old washer

This is the Best washer we have ever had, our cloths come out clean and bright and it's so simple to use. We LOVE the light in the drum, it makes loading and unloading much easier.

Love this washer! Very happy with the many load options...and they work appropriately besides! Love the steam feature and towel cycle as well as the super spin cycle.

This machine is amazingly powerful and does a great job of cleaning clothes. It's large enough to fit a comforter and sheets. It is very quiet even though it can spin at very high RPMs. You have to take the time to balance the washer very well prior to use because of the high RPMs but it is a very good machine. Very pleased
