My chapstick fell out of my pants pocket and jammed into the door, this stopped the cycle midway through. Before noticing it, I selected "rinse and spin", it stopped again. No one answered your customer support line. There aren't any useful answers under you "FAQ" section. I tried it for a third time, it is adding more water. Help. Put useful information on your page. If there isn't an option on your products for such a simple function, make drain spin an option on all your products.

My wife and I purchased this just before Christmas after our old Samsung unit kicked the bucket. Immediately, we noticed the new Electrolux washer is quieter, a real plus since the unit is close to the living room. So far it has washed all clothes beautifully and extremely thoroughly. The user friendly control knob makes it easy to configure the desired wash cycle, material types, water temp, etc...It seems almost foolproof (as long as one can read). We are totally sold on this unit and hope it outlasts our old one. We spent many years living in Germany and Poland and knew the reliable Electrolux name from our days there; we are glad to have another taste of Europe back in our household.

I am really enjoying my washing machine. It is so quiet, and my clothes get clean. With my old GE, my clothes would come out with dry areas, like there wasn't enough water to get the whole garment wet. This doesn't happen with the new Electrolux.

My ‘97 model Whirlpool finally hit the dust and I was a tough sell on anything with too many bells and whistles. I want cleaning power and longevity. This machine has made me giddy! While I can’t speak for how long it’ll last, I can tell you that doing laundry is no longer a dreaded chore. This machine cleans well, quickly and without any squeaks or rattles!

It was recommended to use one Tablespoon of Tide/wash which seems to do a great job of cleaning. Love that I use so little detergent with good results.

I purchased this for my mother who was re-doing her laundry room and we needed a front load washing machine that had a reversible door and Electrolux was virtually the only one that you could do that. And surprisingly, it turned out to be the best machine we could have purchased. Reasonably priced, quiet as can be, every setting you would need (and some you wouldn't know you wanted until you have them). Easy to understand and operate even for my elderly mother (age 82) who still does the laundry herself!
