We bought a matching set from Electrolux, and I love both the washer and dryer. The washer has multiple options and features. Honestly, I thought I wanted to go back to a top load HE washer, because our previous front loader had issues with mold in/on the seal, but the Electrolux has openings at the bottom of the seal to drain any water from it. I also know that washing comforters and blankets isn't a good idea in a top loader...even if it doesn't have an agitator. (I had previous machines that always got off-balance from large items.) So we chose this machine, and we're so happy with it. I love that it has a sanitize cycle as well. Be sure to take time to read the manual, as there is a lot to benefit from with this machine. Secondly...highly recommended to use only the lowest measurement of detergent for a very large load, and maybe 1 tablespoon of fabric softener max. Ask any appliance repair person and they'll agree and explain why. The sales person recommended that it's best to mix your detergent (liquid or dry) with a little hot water as you pour it in the machine, as this is needed to activate most detergent brands. (I pour some in from a cup at the same time that I pour in the detergent from the bottle lid.) It makes a nice difference. There is one thing...the spin cycle is pretty strong if you choose "high" speed, and the sound is like a fast propeller, so don't have the machine running when you're trying to go to sleep. Otherwise, it's super on all counts!

We had an top loader forever. When it wasn’t cleaning the clothes I though I’d see how a front loader would do. I was comparing between an LG and this one. Electrolux got me with the door being able to be flipped. Since I have been washing I love watching the clothes go around LOL! It get the stains out of our clothes much better then the top loader even with stain treatment. That is awesome! Some of the drying time seems shorter as well since the spinning cycle is so fast. I’ll have to really see how it cleans come spring, my husband is a landscape and I am excited to see how well his clothes come out. Happy I purchased the Electrolux. Only thing I don’t like is bending down to get into the drum. But I can deal since our clothes get clean.

We have had the matching set of front load washer and dryer for about 6 weeks now. We have a very small laundry area that is also our pantry so we were able to purchase a stacking kit and put the dryer on top of the washer. I love all the settings and it even sings to you when it’s done.

Really surprised at 2 things: (1) no light on/off switch (really miss this! The only way to get the light to go on is to shut the door & then open it._x000D_ _x000D_ (2) it doesn’t seem to rinse well. When washing dog blankets or towels, lots of dog fur would come out in the drain. With this brand new washer, it doesn’t and is stuck to the items- even with an extra rinse._x000D_ _x000D_ It also makes loud clunking noises that can be heard upstairs, which seems really unusual.
