Bought this refrigerator a month ago after moving into my new home. With it being an older home space was limited and this refrigerator fit perfectly in the space. Love all the extra space in the doors and the sliding deli compartment.

I bought this fridge, and within 3 weeks it stopped working. Lowes honored their 4 week return policy, and delivered us a new one. Hoping for the best. Features are great, as long as it keeps working.

I have had this refrigerator for approximately 8 months. I have lost so much food in the refrigerator because it either freezes it or my milk sours because it isn't cold enough. The food in the freezer has ice crystals on. When taking my English Muffins out of the freezer, I have to scrape the ice crystals off before they thaw or they are soggy. I have had two repairman here and was told that I have to be careful how I put things in the freezer. Because of the design, the vent are in the back of the freezer, so if you block those vents, it will cause problems. I can't stack the food to the top of the freezer and I can't push it all of the way back. I am very disgusted and disappointed with this refrigerator. Why would you design something like this??? Of course, when you purchase it no one tells you these things. I wish I had never purchased this and do not recommend it to anyone. It is a faulty design and it should be taken off of the market and replace the ones that unsuspecting buyers have in their homes with a functional refrigerator.

I like the fact that it doesn't have door handles which saves space in a tight area. I wish the freezer would have a light and that the drawers in the main compartment would open more fully. There is a tab stop on the back of the plastic drawers that prevents it from accidentally being pulled out but it also doesn't give enough of a opening to put larger items in the drawer.

Overall content with this refrigerator. Great interior space. Haven't adjusted to the width of the door shelves as items slide all over the place. When installed, lower fan unit sounded like the fan blades were hitting on something...had to pull the coil away from the fan and it has been fine since. Other complaint is that the stabilizing front feet are soft white metal & do not lower easily. Left foot did not lower at all and seems stripped so it is what it is. Previous frig lasted for 35 years which prompted me to replace it with another Frigidaire but don't think anything lasts like it used to.

When we first got it, the refrigerator door made a clicking sound when we open it. Then shortly after that, it would not close all the way, which meant our food and beverages was not getting cold enough if the door was closed. We called to have to it repaired; a technician had to come out three times. The door seal was replaced but it is still messed up. All of these problems happened in less than six months of our purchase. Very frustrating!!!!!

This was delivered 5/15/21 and has been nothing but a problem. It never fully cooled (fridge AND freezer) and we lost over $150 in groceries. Then it completely stopped working. _x000D_ We called the vendor, got the name of a local company who can’t fix it and I’ve only had grief trying to get my money back. Will NEVER purchase a product by this company ever again.

Bought this fridge on Boxing Day 2019. In about 5 months we noticed the fridge was freezing all our items in the lower storage. Seemed like the fridge was running constantly. Tried to turn down the temperature but everything was still freezing. Called for repair and they showed up and turned the dial just above the off position. They said they had to order the part from Frigidaire. It has been about three months and still no part. Fridge barely keeps stuff cold. Now the freezer is not working. Most items in there have thawed. Now you cannot hear the thing running at all. We have contacted the place where we bought the fridge and they have tried to get in touch with Frigidaire to see why the part is taking so long to get to the repair shop. No reply from Frigidaire. _x000D_ I thought Frigidaire was a reputable company that sold decent product but from my experience and apparently many others, they just sell boat anchors._x000D_ Please avoid this fridge!
