Arrived with one wrong door shelf. Took weeks of being on hold to talk to customer service to finally be offered the privilege of finding another refrigerator in one of their brands, buy it then find a bunch of paperwork to prove everything, submit it all and get a rebate for what I paid for the original purchase. Also - the tape used for shipping left a mess behind when removed and it won't come off with anything. It had food smells right from the start and it seems to either freeze or wilt tender veggies depending on settings. Oh, and it has a weird thing with the doors - they go just so far when closing then present resistance so you have to physically push them shut.I ended up buying the right door shelf and had to buy a charcoal filter for the odors (it doesn't come with the fridge). Having spent my own money and time to fix it, it is now a workable fridge but I wouldn't buy from this company again if I could help it.

This design makes the most of food storage within standard space. The door panels have recessed flush handles. When opening either door you feel a firm and pleasant tug and the pull towards the fridge when closing is satisfying.

I have never had a Frigidaire refrigerator. A hurricane got our whirlpool and I have never had anything but whirlpool. So glad that I purchased this refrigerator. We have had to keep lowering the thermostat because it will get too cold. I don’t think that we will ever go back to Whirlpool.

I bought this fridge a couple of months ago. It has never worked. I called and received service. The guy came out and said it needed a new part. It’s been 3 weeks now I haven’t received the new part. I’ve called customer service multiple times and I’m getting no help. I’m still paying in a 600 dollar fridge that doesn’t work and I keep losing my food. I have 4 children. 2 of which are disabled and require special food and it keeps going bad in my new fridge that hasnt been fixed or replaced and no one will help. I will never buy another product from your company again. My 4 kids can’t even have food in the house cause our brand new fridge does not work and your company is doing nothing about it but making excuses and putting me on hold and hanging up! Then threatening a lock on my account for calling.

I bought this in may a week later it stoped worker I had to wait until august for them to give me a new fridge a lot of food waisted over the course of two months customer service is terrible and don’t try to Email them because they will never answer poor service and terrible product

Aside from a unique look (it has cutouts in the middle instead of handles - the main reason I bought it) somehow in the same space as my older fridge, which finally died after 30 years!, the door shelves are wider, the freezer has a ledge I can set my cup on while getting ice out plus it has a moveable cheese drawer. It’s awesome! Plus in the photo it’s smiling!

I bought this a month ago and it fits the space of the old refrigerator, uses less power, and seems to have more space inside.
