We love our refirgerator so far but have a ? that we have asked several locations of the store we bought from and are getting different answers. In the fridge where the control nobs are at the front that long plastic unit. Near the back there is an opening and there is stryrofoam inside the housing. We assumed it comes out but cant get it out. One store says it stays there and another is trying to figure it out. Can anyone help? Our model is Model #: FFHT1835VW,

temp control is quite sensitive. refrigerator serves the purpose
