We got our new fried at the beginning of September, we love this model. We should have purchased a Frigidaire a long time ago.

Very happy with unit. Still trying to adjust as some eggs froze. Replaced a smaller unit and like extra room. Able to see back items with glass shelves.

We couldn’t be happier with our new freezer. It’s roomy and I love that I can organize and actually see what I have in my freezer unlike the chest type we owned prior. It’s so quiet. I love the feature that will notify us if there’s an issue or if the door is left ajar.

The refrigerator is working fine generally. The functionality of the lower drawers is fantastic because of the wheels! the side-to-side slide function of the middle drawer is great also!_x000D_ The freezer is dark without a light fixture and this is bummer._x000D_ The anti close stop on the freezer door tends to cause the freezer door to stay open unintentionally because the door is not heavy enough to close on it's own._x000D_ I like the built in door handle feature._x000D_ The unit is relatively quiet.

I would of given 5 stars but it arrived with a noticeable ding on the door, also have a clicking sound when the door is opened and closed. Service is coming to repair the clicking sound this week. Other then door issues its a good fridge.

First concern: it is too cold! I've had to constantly adjust the temp control to keep it from freezing food, tomatoes, cucumbers etc in the middle drawer. I've monitored the temp which some days sits @ 40 and others 30._x000D_ Second concern: I bought the IM117000 from a third party . I installed and it did not work. No water flow! I sent it back and am awaiting an exchange.
