Doing Reno’s and needed a fridge for our basement apartment. This unit was reasonably priced and has a large capacity to hold all the items that needed refrigeration. Working like a charm, no maintenance and keeps items cold.

I bought this four months ago and it died already. 10 days before a service person can come and look. No reimbursement for spoiled food, make sure to read the warranty information before purchasing. Most other manufacturers will cover the spoiled food.

It first started leaking from freezer into fridge, then the fridge stopped cooling and freezer was over freezing even on the lowest temperature. Weeks later, the entire unit just stops working. Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk. So much food wasted and you cannot put a price on the anxiety and stress of not knowing when your NEW fridge is going to decide to kick it.

The machine stopped working after 3 months while we were away so we came back to it not only non-functional but actively heating the food. As a result all of the food became moldy and all of the contents were unsafe to consume. Hundreds of dollars going to waste. We cleaned the fridge as well as we could and it still stinks of mold. It has taken the repair company sent by frigidaire over 2 weeks to even come see it. Now they refuse to replace it even though it clearly still has mold in its crevices that we cannot clean. We are expected to continue using a machine with unsafe levels of mold in it. Fully avoid buying this and dealing with frigidaire in general.

I recently purchased a new stainless steel fridge, even though I'm not the biggest fan of stainless appliances. However, it seems to be the current trend, so I decided to give it a try. I’m still figuring out how to keep fingerprints off, which has been a bit of a challenge._x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge itself is impressive. It’s quite spacious with a lot of room inside, and the freezer is a great size as well. I chose this brand because my previous Frigidaire fridge served me well, so I had confidence in its quality._x000D_ _x000D_ One feature that attracted me was the reversible doors, which would have been really helpful for my space. Unfortunately, when I attempted to reverse them, I found that one screw was defective. I mentioned this issue to the sales rep, but I didn’t receive any assistance, which was disappointing._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, I’m pleased with the fridge’s capacity and design, but the lack of customer support around the door reversal was a letdown.

The fridge is good in terms of space and doing its job of cooking and freezing, the only down side is its loud noise.._x000D_ I wish they made it quite!

I am extremely disappointed with this refrigerator. From day one, it has been riddled with issues. Initially, frost began accumulating around the freezer door. While this problem mysteriously resolved itself after a few weeks, a more serious issue soon arose: the temperature in both the freezer and fridge dropped dramatically. The freezer is now at 10-12°C, and the fridge hovers around 15°C—far from acceptable for food storage._x000D_ _x000D_ To make matters worse, this all happened within just three months of purchase. We contacted customer service, who referred us to a service company. A technician eventually came and diagnosed the issue as a dysfunctional pump. We’ve now been waiting over a week for the replacement pump, with no updates or resolution in sight._x000D_ _x000D_ The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. For a brand-new appliance, these kinds of problems are unacceptable, and the lack of timely support only adds to the disappointment. I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone.
