I bought this fridge in white in July 2024. At first it would freeze things close to the back of the fridge. I turned down the temperature to below the recommended setting but it didn't help.Then in November 2024, it completely stopped cooling at all (fridge and freezer). You read that correctly, 4 months after purchase! Now I am having to deal with Electrolux for service due to the manufacturer's portion of my warranty (1st year). When I first called Elecrolux, they said they scheduled a service call with a complany and if I hadn't heard from them in a few days, give them a call. Turned out that service company had declined the service order and Electrolux never notified me, I notified them! They then scheduled a call with a second company (both companies not located in my city) and I've been waiting 2 weeks for a part. I was first told 2-3 business days, and then then it would be the next week, still nothing. There seems to be no urgency when it comes to fixing the fridge and I have had to dispose of a lot of costly food. There has been no follow up by Electrolux. This is not my first new fridge purchase but it is certainly my worst!

I bought this fridge in July 2024 thinking the brand was reputable. The fridge stopped working November 2024. Here I am 3 weeks later waiting for it to be repaired. The service company ordered a part without even looking at it and now they keep putting off the part delivery date. I have called Frigidaire multiple times who are no help at all. Each customer service rep just goes through all of the existing information again and do not resolve any issues. They say they have called and emailed the service company with no response. Hello? Does the repair company not work for you? Frigidaire cannot refer me to another service company as the “part” has already been ordered. If I get someone in to repair it myself, it’ll void my warranty.

I bought a new Frigidaire fridge to replace my 20+ year old Kenmore. I LOVE the new fridge: shelves in the door are deep and roomy, the freezer space is large with one shelf. The fridge has one crisper that is the width of the inner compartment as well as two smaller crispers at the bottom. A very large space to store LOTS of food. Lighting is bright.

It only comes with 1 shelve, the drawer is technically 1 shelve but it is at an awkward height.

Hi after a couple of months there a rotten smell in my fridge never spilled nothing inside is there a filter on those model FFTR2045VS I need help washes with vinegar then javex nothing it comes back is there a pan under something wrong 5 months old.

I bought this and got it installed yesterday. It seems more spacious than my previous one and it rolls really nicely. I have a deli keeper for the first time. Moving the shelves are is a little bit tricky. but I eventually got it. It does leave fingerprints and I would have liked to have gone for a fingerprint free model, but needed a fridge right away and this delivery was the quickest. I chose a top freezer this time as I was tired of trying to find things in my previous bottom freezer. I think it’s good value for the money.

J'ai acheté ce réfrigérateur il y a un mois et je m'attendais à plus. Il est bruyant quand il se met en marche et il y a souvent des bruits de glace qui tombe quand il dégèle. Le plastique utilisé pour les tiroirs à fruits/légumes et tablettes de la porte est de pauvre qualité. Aussi, les tablettes en verre ne semble pas très épaisses donc j'ai l'impression que j'aurai des problèmes dans le futur. De plus, il est impossible de mettre le réfrigérateur au niveau ce qui fait que les portes restent ouvertes si on ne les ferment pas complètement. Je m'attendais à beaucoup plus de ce frigo qui coûte quand même relativement cher.

I bought this refrigerator from Costco as it was offered with a two year manufacturer's warranty. I have only had the appliance for a few weeks and so far so good. Longevity of the appliance is yet to be determined as to whether it deserves a four star rating.
