We’ve had this a month now and find that it meets our needs. It is a little noisier than the former fridge and that has taken time to get used to. The deli/cheese drawer is nice and big - but would be nice to have a separation in the middle to make different sections.

It froze a bunch of stuff in the fridge section it should not have, especially since both sections were on the “recommended settings”, until we turned it down._x000D_ There’s no light in the freezer which is rather inconvenient. _x000D_ There’s ability to customize the interior is incredibly limited. _x000D_ And the cubic footage of the refrigerator section is too small.

The fridge has built in handles which at first I wasn't sure I liked, but now I am used to it. This fridge is a solid, no frills appliance. It does the job.

Acheté à l'été. Super rapport qualité prix. Produit De bonne qualité. Seul bémol, il fait parfois un bruit bizarre qui s'arrête lorsqu'on touche au frigo.

This is a great fridge, same exterior size as the old fridge, but more spacious inside. Fairly quiet, easy to reverse doors opening. The top freezer is also spacious and does not accumulate snow on the inside walls. I have bought this recently. So far I am happy with the purchase, it remains to be seen in the long run. The old fridge lasted 23 years...

Purchased from Best Buy at the beginning of January 2025. The interior light doesn’t work and the freezer doesn’t work. Need to set the fridge temperature to maximum setting to keep fridge just ‘cold enough’. One side of the fridge has a horizontal scratch about 16 inches in length. Trying to contact Frigidaire for support and service is a nightmare. Spent _x000D_ 2.5 hours waiting to speak with someone online. Gave up. Called Best Buy, received the ‘run around’ from them, even after having purchased a 4 year extended warranty. Now I’m waiting for Best Buy to contact me (that will be at least another week) and at that time they might agree to an exchange. Of course that will likely take another week or two to receive the replacement. In the meantime, I’ve paid for the fridge and purchased the extended warranty in good faith, yet have no satisfactory resolution… the worst customer service from Frigidaire and Best Buy. Sadly, this is par for the course within the appliance industry.
