Saw this appliance in another family members home, and when we did our renovation and came time to replacing out microwave; we really wanted to but the same one because of the multi functions, how quickly it heats up and the the over look of the appliance. 10 out of 10!

I bought this last month to replace a similar speed oven (Bosch) that gave us nothing but problems, which seem to have been known but never dealt with by the company. This Frigidaire was the only one that would fit the size we needed to replace the old one in the cabinet. So far, it has worked well with no issues and looks great next to the other brand's fridge. The price point was also much better. I read reviews on this microwave and it seems that it doesn't have the issues that Bosch has had with their speed ovens. I think eventually, we will switch to this brand as time goes on, but time will tell. But love it so far!

I bought this a month ago and since day 1 its been faulty microwave and terrible experience A return request has been raised with Frigidaire which is still pending since 3 weeks with no time limit to resolve the issue. _x000D_ _x000D_ Details: When unboxed and installed and plugged in there was no power in the appliance (dead on arrival). _x000D_ _x000D_ I have contacted Frigidaire and they have directed my case to one of their appliance repair partners to inspect and repair. The technicians were here yesterday and they inspected and mentioned that the door was not closing properly (due to a faulty door switch) due to which the fuse is damaged upon switching on. _x000D_ _x000D_ The technician has repaired the door switch and replaced the damaged fuse with a new one and he himself plugged in the microwave and switched it on to do a test run. Upon doing that the microwave was turned on for less than 3 seconds and again got turned off, then the technician again inspected and mentioned that some part called 'Magnetron' is damaged and need to be replaced. When I asked them when are they going to come back with the part to replace, they mentioned they have to order the par which might takearound 10-15 business days and once the part arrives, they will be scheduled to come to my place to replace it. The technician also mentioned that the replacement of the part could be a temporary fix and might get damaged again. _x000D_ _x000D_ It has become impossible for me and my family to live or survive without a microwave at home because there is no other source to reheat the food and especially to reheat the milk twice in the midnight and early wee hours for my 18 months old. _x000D_ _x000D_ Strongly recommend Never buy this model. _x000D_ _x000D_ Till today the problem hasn't resolved as the part required is not available and Frigidaire is still thinking on what to do next. All I am asking for replacement or refund and the manufacturer has been delaying forever.

Clean design, easy to use, great performance. We wish we would have bought one many years earlier. Food is perfectly cooked with all the available cook options. This is not our first Frigidaire appliance, it's a trusted manufacturer.
