This is my third frigidaire freezer. No issues the the two models that I previously had. They lasted almost 10 years each. This new freezer has been a migraine. They first delivered 3 freezers and all had defects. At last and two months after purchase, it finally arrived a model without defects. It worked beautifully for 6 months and then breaks down. It was on a long weekend and I had to dispose of contents. Someone came to repair it and it continues to have issues. Does not freeze as good as before it broke down. I do not trust it. Not planning to buy another Frigidaire product.

Our upright 20-cubic-foot freezer is wonderful! No more falling into a chest freezer, only to discover some forgotten package that had been frozen for too long and is now suffering from freezer burn. As per the instructions, we left it running empty all night. Organizing the food on shelves was such a pleasure! We ordered an extra shelf, which made the food transfer somewhat easier. Now, we can open the door and see what we need. No more rooting around. And the upright white freezer looks so clean and elegant. I wish they had baskets that fit onto the shelves, but we used boxes instead to help with organization. I'll be looking for something visually more pleasing. Nonetheless, we are happy, happy, happy with our choice and purchase.

I bought this a month ago and I am loving it. I like its simple and uncluttered design, recessed door handle and simple dial control. The inside has lots of room for my frozen produce. At just 2Amps, it is very efficient and didn't put a dent in my utility bills. Overall, great experience.

Je l’ai depuis un mois, donc pour l’instant presque tout est parfait. Le seul point negatif est le tiroir. Le devant du tiroir est bas. Donc, si on veux mettre des choses en hauteur elles tombent. Le titoir aurait dû etre a la pleine hauteur
