I bought this freezer less than a year ago. It's already defrosted our food once and when we figured out what the problem was it was the lower fan was icing up. It is a ongoing issue since we have had to clear it five times and and all the reviews online about this freezer say the same thing Frigidaire has the worst customer service you can't even get through their phone number it says that there are experiencing too many calls in the call back another time I've done three contact request online and no response. Will never buy a Frigidaire in my life again.....

Ordered the larger version by mistake and glad we did. Love how the door closes and seals, light is nice and bright, much better than our old chest freezer.Highly recommend!

We bought our upright freezer about a month ago. No more digging through a chest freezer looking for items. Lots of shelves and space on the door. Stay very cold, even during a power outage. Very happy with its performance so far. Love the light green floor light providing its reassurance that everything is working as designed. No hesitation to recommend this unit.

I bought this a month ago and just love it , there is so much room in there. When u open the freezer door the light is bright and so easy to keep clean, just wipe down with a wet cloth and it shines

Freezers are great when they do what they’re supposed to do. This one does. It’s upright so it conserves space and it frost free so these are all good things for me. However, I love that you’re going to have to really screw up to leave the door open or ajar. This freezer has a door mechanism to ensure the door stays closed and plus there is apparently an warning if you manage to do so. Again, freezers are great when they do what they’re supposed to. Our last freezer had a door that that didn’t and we lost a fair bit of food. This is why I like the door on this one;)

I bought this before Christmas while it was on sale since we needed extra freezer space. I don't like chest freezers since stuff gets buried and forgotten. This freezer is huge. There is so much room to put food that is now easily accessible. So far, no issues with it.

We have had our 20 cu ft. Freezer for a couple of weeks and think it is great. Really good configuration and shelving space as well as good layout in the doors.

Bought the 20 cubic foot freezer over a month ago. It’s in our garage which is heated. Very large inside, works well, quiet motor. The green light st the bottom is a good addition to know it’s getting power. No complaints.
