This is the 2nd 20 Cu Ft stand up Frigidaire freezer that we have owned. The first one lasted 20 years and had amazing storage shelves inside and a great sized basket on the bottom of the freezer and on the door. When it started to leak we went to look for another and the changes were not very welcome. In the new one, the shelves are smaller and not nearly as strong. There are also less of them. My old one had 5 in the main part of the freezer plus 6 on the door and a big basket on the bottom. The new one has 4 shelves in the main part with plastic brackets. The basket on the bottom is very small. The door has 5 shelves and no pull out basket. We needed a freezer fast and this was the only one in stock and available for us. We were not able to fit in a lot of the food from our last freezer and had to throw out a lot of it. I think that Frigidaire missed the mark in designing this one. It is also not as heavy and there is no handle on the outside but instead a groove on the side for your hand to fit into.

Wanted a new bigger freezer...did the research and ce up with this one._x000D_ The brick had a great sale...and had in stock the next week_x000D_ _x000D_ Totally happy with it

Purchased Oct 2023. Had to have repaired a few months later and was covered under warranty. Quit cooling again Dec 2024 just outside warranty. Recently filled with a whole beef now I have to scramble to buy another. Customer support is hard to understand and wasn’t helpful. THIS THING IS JUNK!!!!!!

I bought this freezer a few weeks ago to upgrade from our small chest freezer. Delivery was awesome and set up was easy. Great products to far, good quality, make, and spacing. No awful frost so far! Giving it a 4/5 because it’s still pretty new to us.

I bought the freezer in March of 2024 It quit working in August of 2024 i received the replacement freezer in Dec 2024 the warranty process was quite painful. I am hoping the new freezer has a full new warranty from Dec2024.

I am so glad I bought the 20 cu ft Frigidaire freezer. Although there are only 2 people in our household, the cost of food these days, especially meat has skyrocketed, so it is beneficial to stock up when able to buy on sale. I have relocated contents from 2 fridge freezers and a small chest freezer into the Frigidaire and there is still room for more.

We replaced a really old chest freezer with this upright. Immediately made life so much easier. We can see everything and organize our frozen meats, The door shelves were surprisingly spacious and the deep shelves give ample room. Not sure about the temperature dial, it seems to offer no resistance when selecting a temperature (doesn't feel like it is doing anything). Regardless the food is frozen and we see exactly what we have, especially when you buy in bulk and separate items into portions.

Very happy with this freezer. Love the stand up so we can clearly see all the meat we have. It’s a nice big freezer.
