I am new to induction cooking and was a little reluctant knowing I had to buy new pots etc and I had really come to appreciate my gas cooktop as it was "instant on and instant off". My new induction cooktop is even faster and the time to heat is instantaneous, moreover than my gas cooktop. Added to that is the ease of cleaning as it is a flat surface with no elevated burners or grates. I will never go back!

I bought it about two months ago and I just installed it a week ago and so far it seems to be working perfectly. Talk to me two years from now and then will really know how good and Appliance it really is.

-On October 16, 2023, when I started the Induction stove it gave a loud blast sound and stop to work. Whole house windows and doors were Shook due to this blast sound. Luckily nobody was injured. I sent multiple e-mails/calls to customer service but they failed to fix and did not give importance to user safety. This product is not safe to use.

Bought this unit in Jan 2023 and in Oct the unit quit working entirely. Contacted customer service 3 times and was told someone would come and repair it. We've been 3 weeks without a cooktop and still no help. I'll never buy anything from this company ever. Pathetic!

Very nice looking cooktop. I really like how this one has knobs (so many induction have buttons now). Love how fast it boils water. The high-pitched noise it makes while on is a bit annoying though. And the stainless steel part scratches super easily

We moved into our new home in July of 2022. We purchased all new Frigidaire professional series appliances. Our first cooktop lasted 7 months and needed replacing. Our second one is now broken again!!! This will be replaced under warranty because we purchased an extended warranty. We could not say it strong enough…this is a TERRIBLE product. DO NOT BUY.

We bought this item recently and upon installation found that the unit is faulty. No discernible assistance from customer service or the vendor (Canadian Appliance CAS). We were told that a local service engineer would call to set up a maintenance call, but nothing has materialised. _x000D_ _x000D_ Trying to find out how to return / replace this unit. Vendor unwilling to help and nothing from Frigidaire. _x000D_ _x000D_ Unacceptable. _x000D_ _x000D_ Definitely would *NOT* recommend.

Since I bought this cooktop 6 weeks ago there have been 3 instances where the cooktop starts beeping with error 22 out of the blue. If I go turn the knobs on and off it stops. But it makes me nervous that there will be more issues in the future. I loved my last Frigidaire cooktop but had to fix it 3 times due to error codes and ended up buying a new one. I’m not crazy about having the knobs in the front but it functions fine aside from those issues.
