The washer works great and we love that it has a manual feature for washing. It had a small cosmetic issue on the agitator that we didn't notice when we moved into our new house but the repair guys were easy to contact, they were very friendly and showed up on time. Plus, they were quick to repair the issue!

This came with our new home and we love it. Washes great and pretty quiet. Best of all they are simple to use without 100 buttons like many of the newer washers have.

Would you provide a list of how long each cycle selection is? I recently bought this and thought 73 minutes was long for “normal” so I’m wondering if the quick wash option is ok for regular use.

It's a little deep for me and I'm average height. It has the center dasher and I'm not a fan. It came with our appliance package. Very quiet and efficient. We'll wait and see how easy it is to clean the detergent intake.

Basic model. Loud machine and it appears that there’s not enough water in the tub

The machine really gets the clothes clean, however, technology forces me to wash with presets that don't appeal to me. I selected this model because it was the least complicated but all of the wash cycles are too long, even the quick wash, and I don't have the flexibility I used to have with my more basic washer.

We just moved into our new home where the washer and dryer were supplied. Upon using our washing machine for the first time, we noticed a very odd behavior that we've never seen before with a washing machine. When starting any type of cycle, the agitator will begin before water has even filled the tub. This results in the items becoming unbalanced. We have to pause the cycle whenever the water eventually begins filling the tub to balance the load again, then resume the cycle. _x000D_ Has anyone else had this sort of behavior? Is my machine defective?
