bought product almost one month ago drain hose had pin hole talked with customer service drain hose not covered under warranty had to order new one $31.00 plus tax an shipping buyer beware

Love the washer. Cleans well and spins really dry. I read a few review about fabric softener. I deleted the whole gallon and now flows through dispenser much better. Thinking problem is if your not using FS on every was the residue drys out and blocked the dispersal. No biggie. I would like to know about the different sound this thing makes. they are not an issue just curious.

Happy with the ease of control panel but only issue is the machine is very deep so short people like myself would have to tiptoe and reach deep into the tub to retrieve clothes on bottom. Otherwise the capacity is huge so I don’t have to do laundry as often! Lol!

The cycles of this washer are limiting. Most wash cycles are fixed meaning that you can't change water temperature or soil level to anything you want and you can't add MAX fill on most cycles. The fabric softener dispenser gets clogged very easily and I've already had a service tech appointment to unclog the dispenser. Some of my clothes were ripped/damaged. Overall I am not very happy with this washer. The builder of my home supplied this washer with the purchase of my new home otherwise I would have purchased a front loader.
