We've owned this washer for less than 2 years and had to replace the pump less than six months after we bought it. Now the agitator won't work (looks like we're not the only ones who've had this problem). Very disappointing experience for a washing machine that cost quite a bit of money. We won't be buying another Frigidaire. What an awful machine.

i bought this a month ago and would never buy another i never seen one agitate before it fills water. wads the clothes in a ball and takes forever to wash

No problems so far, one month in. It sometimes doesn't cover the load with water which is concerning. If we do small loads the top part of the clothes are dry during the first cycle. We checked everything recommended in the manual and our setup is perfect. We had no issues prior to this wash unit. I would say it's good, not great. The definitely do not make them like they used to in terms of quality of construction but it is working and the clothes are clean with no damage.
