Aside from it looking esthetically pleasing, it operates great with heavy loads and biggest pros to it is you have no trouble washing comforters!

I love that it’s a large washer at a great price as well as a steel tank! I was a bit hesitant to buy one with digital buttons but so far so good! I love using “max fill” and glad that’s an option for most loads. However, I am a bit disappointed in how it generally works or scrubs in “wash” mode. When I have heavy duty loads you’d expect it to “wash” harder to get stains out but it’s actually not much different from “delicates wash” and I find soiled things still come out smelling good but soiled and stained still. I love it but honestly makes me wish it could scrub harder. I find myself hand washing some items then putting them in the washer.

This washer has been perfect for the last year. Two days ago the washer started to make a loud banging noise during the late rinse and spin cycles. After taking out the load of laundry I noticed two broken bolts in the bottom of the tub._x000D_ _x000D_ Speaking with a laundry repair tech they recommend replace the washer because the tear down and repair would be almost as much if not more than a new washer._x000D_ _x000D_ Too bad it appears they used poor quality bolts to hold together their high quality washer._x000D_ _x000D_ Will be contacting support to see if they will be willing to own up to their poor quality build.

Bought this set one year ago. It seemed to have most of the features we needed. we were going from a Frigidaire front loader to this. This machine is just ok does not seen to do a good job cleaning, the fabric softener dispenser is problematic they have fixed it once but it still tends to clog up. The most annoying issue with this machine is you constantly have to reset it or power it up and down to make any changes to the settings. It's time consuming annoying. This just does not seem to be up to Frigidaire's standard of quality, it really kind of lack luster and not that great of a machine. Actually it's been a disappointing purchase. I have never been disappointed with a Frigidaire product.

I purchased this particular washer less than 2 years ago (approx 1 year and 4 months). Two days ago, the tub of the washing machine started to wobble and knock with every load. After following all of the troubleshooting steps, the problem persisted. Now I have a ton of laundry, and no washer for at least the next three days._x000D_ My last washer lasted for over ten years. This one didn't even make it for two before needing repairs.

There are several good features to this machine but being able to add water levels is not one of them. It's too little water or max fill.
