I love the fact I'm able to stop the wash and add something if need be and also am able to use the max fill option. Great washing machine.

I bought this about a month ago and am really enjoying every aspect of my washer. The glass top and electronic display gives it a uniquely exquisite look. It is very easy to use and has many cycles.

Three days after we bought the washing machine the F-8 error message appeared. Water sensor failure. Finally was able to get in touch with service department to have repair person come out to check it out. Repairman said he ordered the part. As of today, almost 4 weeks later, no part or repairman. I have called the service department numerous times and get the same answer. That line is busy. Someone will return your call. I'm very frustrated with this whole experience. Should have chosen different brand!

Purchased this washer online from Sears this November. Within the first couple of day's the machine would stop and display an error code E3, lid lock issue. Repairman came to the house, ordered a new lid lock part. Returned to install new part, next day received same error. Called Sears told them I wanted a replacement, they agreed. Waiting for the replacement. Don't receive error on every load, washer does a good job when running correctly.
