The fabric softener feature does not work. Put fabric softener in slot press fabric softener button and stills still in the slot after the wash cycle completes. Tried calling the company several time with no answer.

I am happy with my choice. We shopped around and this washer was the best price for all the features. I like all the different settings. I can't wait to see the difference with our water bill.
