We would never reconmend it. Hot water does not with WHITES setting. You can't change water level all settings. washer knocks when changing water temp. Agitadion weak, does clean clothes.

Wont fill with water correctly. No way to manually set water level. Balls clothes up before it ever starts. Sorry I ever brought it home.

I'm not too keen on this washer. It's one of those "I'll decide how much water you use.' One load had barely enough water to cover all items so some items had soap residue when cycle completed. I

I bought this machine 15 months ago and have had problems monthly..........have had repair persons from different companies and they all say they cannot fix a lemon. They have asked for extended warranty on a product that is yet to work properly

There are features I really like such as the prewash and various other settings. I am trying to get used to the low water levels and the long wash cycles. When I use the max water setting it’s almost too much water but the normal water level is not enough. I do like the clear lid. Since I am only 4’11”, I struggle to reach the clothes in the bottom but I fixed the problem by getting a pair of tongs to reach with! Ha! Overall seems to be a good machine and the clothes do get clean!
