This is the worst washer I have ever had. The clothes on the top stay dry and it hardly agitates. My clothes do not come out clean at all. Do not buy this washer!!!!

Bought in December. Has more functions than the front loader I used to have. Has a big and deep drum. Can wash more clothes therefore cutting down on the number of loads I do. Went from four loads to two. Great product!

I've had this washer for less than a month, so I don't feel comfortable giving it 5 stars yet, that's the only reason it's getting 4 stars. I've had no issues with it, but it hasn't been here that long. This is the first washer I've had with a glass top and I like being able to see what's going on inside in case it becomes unbalanced, or whatever. Cleans the clothes fine.

We bought washer less than a month ago. It does not fill tub but 8 inches of water regardless of clothes placed in washer. I think sensors are bad. Also drain hose had hole. I would take machine to dump but it is not old enough. I will not but another Frigidaire product again.

I bought this washing machine 3 months ago. It was during the COVID pandemic and it was the only washing machine I could get at the time._x000D_ First of all the washing machine sounds like it is straining to agitate the clothes. The first week I had it I called the appliance vendor here to look at it. He said that's the way it works. _x000D_ _x000D_ It is supposed to put enough water in the tub for the clothing. I do smaller loads and It does not put enough water in the tub to wash the clothes. I checked after it washed and before it rinsed and the top of some my clothes were not even wet since they are not even in the water. Same thing happens for medium sized loads._x000D_ _x000D_ The ONLY alternative is to use the setting for Max fill which is at LEAST 5 times more water than I should need when I do a small load and that option is only available for huge and bulky load making the cycle time well over an hour._x000D_ _x000D_ My clothes are not clean and sometimes I have to wash them again for another hour cycle. _x000D_ _x000D_ What an ecological waste of resources and my money._x000D_ _x000D_ I am so disappointed and on top of this i bought a Fridgdaire stove and microwave. The stove already blew out the oven light a week after I got it so I had to replace that .... I just wonder what is next._x000D_ _x000D_ Ill post some photos and videos next time I do a load of clothes.
