I purchased new washer/Dryer about 3 weeks ago, first load we noticed a huge difference in how clean jeans were. I love to garden, and build things. So clothes have stains in them. Right away I noticed cleaner laundry. It doesn't sound like a traditional washing machine, so didn't know what to expect? Very satisfied.

My machine did not agitate or spin since the first time I used it. I can't get through the customer service lines. I'm facing a repair bill that nearly matches the purchase price.

I bought this when my 33 year old washer finally died. I was hesitant as my former washing machine was basic, and the "old type" with traditional water and detergent. I have been pleasantly surprised with my new Frigidare as it really does a great job cleaning the clothes with, yes, less water and detergent. For all the additional buttons, very easy to use and I love it.

I bought my washer almost 2 weeks ago and I also purchased the matching dryer. I do love everything about how the washer cleans and the dryer definitely dries quick. I am very thrown back at how it agitates before the cycle even begins as well as how noisy the washer is on the spin cycle. Could someone please let me know if this is normal, I have to be honest I have even paused the washer to make sure load is even and still very loud with a knocking sound. I have recorded the washer in case I need to schedule a maintenance call. Please help me with this!

I've had nothing but trouble with it since the 1st day I purchased it. Even after getting a technician to look at it, it is still not able to spin on its first try. Nothing but frustration.
