5 We Love, Love, Love our new Washer!

We bought our washer about 3 weeks ago. I love that it uses only the water it needs and doesn't fill all the way to the top unless you want it to.

1 Bad Motor and Bearings

Bought this machine about 2 years ago. At first...loved it. Shortly after the 1 year warranty was up, the bearings in the motor went out. It was during early covid-19 pandemic and the motor was difficult to source so the tech re-packed the bearings. Fast forward 3 months later, same problem. This time change out all new motor. Fast forward 3 months again, motor still giving trouble, had to re-pack bearings on the new motor, again. Now the motor shuts down every so often, and we have to do a "secret" reset on the entire system. Maybe we received a lemon, not sure, but be very cautious about this machine.

5 High efficiency options work well.

High efficiency options work well. I like that high efficiency can be overrode if needed.

4 Need to get used to it if coming from an old school washer

This washing machine was included with the purchase of our new construction home. I like that it has a clear lid so I can see in but I am not a fan of washers with agitators, so this would not be my first choice. _x000D_ _x000D_ It uses very little water (as all the new environmentally conscious HE appliances do) but this can be a little nerve racking at first if you are not used to it. There are lights for all the stages of the cycle in order, so you would think it would go from Soak to Wash to Rinse to Spin to Done but nope. For some reason, I had a load that would go from Wash where it would shift the clothes dry back & forth in the tub for 5 minutes, then switch to Soak then back to Wash. I thought my machine was stuck in a setting and couldn’t figure out how to reset it so I kept stopping it and taking out my clothes and repeating, thinking there was a weight or moisture sensor.

5 So many cycles to choose from, and love the Max Fill option!

We bought this a month ago and absolutely love this washer. So glad our salesman listened to what we were wanting in a washer and pointed us in the direction of this appliance. Will be buying the matching dryer next!

3 So So appliance

I bought this washer a little over a month ago . I wish I had purchased the extended warranty as the machine shoots error codes quite often . It tell me its unlevel but when i put the level on it it is level. If I open and close the lid this usually takes care of the problem . When washing bulky items it bunches them together and makes the load unbalanced. There have been several times that I have tried to use the spin and drain cycle to empty the water out so I can adjust the load and it will start adding water to the machine .
