The washing machine was delivered on 11/23/20 and from day one the machine has leaked water out of the bottom right front after the spin cycle. It's not a large amount but it requires a towel be placed in front of the machine to prevent the water from spreading. The washing machine is in the basement, but if it had been placed on the first or second floor of a home water damage would have occurred to the home. It is now 12/10/20 and the repair man has been here four times including the day of delivery. The second to assess, the third to replace the pump and the fourth to assess again and to order new parts. If I were a millionaire the cost of the machine would probably not bother me except for the water leak. I am a senior and on a fixed income so both, the cost and water leak are very concerning to me. The repairman is trying very hard to correct the situation with a machine I've had less than three weeks and thought I was buying a reliable product.

I bought this in a April of 2020. Worked great until it broke. Now going on week 3 waiting for it to get fixed and laundry is piling up.

I really like that it has the”Max Fill” feature for the big loads when that I skip a week of doing laundry.

The washer gets the clothes clean but it has this strange beginning to each cycle where it moves clothes around without adding any washer for about 7 seconds. This causes clothes to bunch up on one side of the washer sometimes.
