I've had the washer for less than a month but it seems to be good so far. I haven't received any utility bills yet, so I can't comment on the energy/water efficiency, but, just by visually watching a cycle, I have faith in it that it is more efficient.

Great washer. It is plenty big enough for a really big load and seems to wash everything fine. Time will tell how long it last but so far so good. It also has plenty of different wash options

The washer really cleans the dirty clothes. The water leveling system calculates the exact amount of water needed to wash.

had for about 2 months now, really like the amount of automatic features and the separate bins for detergent, softener, and bleach. Seems to get close much cleaner than our old washer.

We bough with our new house. Sometimes it dosent start when I hit start and some loads seam to take a long time to wash.

Fun to have a machine smarter than it's owner (2 year M.I.T. student) and didn't need to over pay for pricier ones. This is an outstanding machine for our family

Only issue ive had is the balancing system, but know that i know haven't had any other problems, works great
