I purchased this about a month ago and have run maybe 24 loads. I wanted an HE machine at a reasonable price and this Frigidaire fit the bill. The tub capacity is huge and far exceeds my routine requirements but the water saving and energy efficiency features makes this economical even for smaller loads. I'm extremely satisfied with the performance and how exceptionally quiet this machine is. My clothes come out clean and after the spin cycle the clothes are damp and not wet, this reduces the workload on my dryer and saves time. I really like the glass top, I can see how much water is being used and how well the clothes are agitating. If I had to nitpick I would say the cycles are long, about 52 minutes on normal and fabric softener residue tends to collect in the dispenser. Overall a great machine.

This washer is simply put amazing! I have never owned a brand new washer before and it is well worth it! My clothes come out so clean, all the moister sucked out which helps drastically in drying time. I can even fit my king size comforter with no problems. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the washer spins before adding any water, I guess to make the weight more evenly distributed but it does the opposite in my opinion and I’m always worried it’s going to rip something, it hasn’t ruined anything yet...

Just purchased a new house and this was included in our purchase...we were getting ready to buy a new set when we moved. I am real impressed with the washer, the easy of doing the laundry. Put in the clothes, your detergent, set and leave, it lets you know when its ready.

Can’t control water level. Washer automatically sets water level by the amount of clothes that is put in the washer. Due to this water level issue, clothes come out dry and partially washed.

Seems ok but don’t like how you can’t open the lid while it is filling which is handy for rinsing detergent and softener cups. Also, fabric softener builds up in the dispenser and is nearly impossible to clean out.
