All I can say is I miss my old washer (which was about 40 years old) where I could push a button for the size of the load and choose the wash time. With this washer, you put the laundry in and it has to agitate 16 times to determine the size of the load. I'm single and don't have tons of laundry, so my loads are small, and I have to wait so I can rearrange the laundry that has now been bunched up into a ball. Normal wash time is 55 minutes, quick wash is 44. I was used to a half hour or less. I just wanted something that was simple and not as expensive as some of the models available. It gets the laundry clean, but takes forever.

So far so good did have a issue with the fabric softerner dispenser but it seems to be working right now

First time purchase of an appliance we are happy with the purchase, as it works as expected, it cleans clothes and we like having clean clothes. The price was right and would buy it again if (in the very distant future) we have to buy another one.
