I do like this machine though I have to wait for the agitator to turn 16 times before it loads up with water. Other than that issue it is just fine.

Let's start with the dry agitation at the beginning. All it does is clump the clothes together to one side of the tub. Then the water level doesn't cover the clothes. The salesman told us it determines the water level automatically but that's not true. So I end up using the max fill setting which is not economical. The cycles are so long I am using more water and electricity than my old washer. The owners manual is no help either. It doesn't explain anything. I am so sorry I bought this washer. I could go on and on but I think you get my point. Please think twice about purchasing this washer. Also, the matching dryer isn't much better.

The washer came with a brand new home that my husband and I moved into in January. The washer worked just fine for the first 6 months until it randomly started leaking water from the back during every cycle. We stopped using it and had to resort to borrowing my moms washing machine in the mean time. I’m disappointed that something so new is already giving us problems.
