This is my first time purchasing a product from Canada Appliance Store. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The two gentlemen who delivered the freezer were amazing. I really didn't think they were going to get it in the laundry room door. They not only got it in they didn't scratch or bump anything. Will definitely shop there again. The freezer is pristine. The Frigidaire freezer is working beautifully and is so very quiet, has tons of space for food and love that it has two baskets that glide effortlessly. Very Pleased

We bought this freezer to replace an existing Frigidaire freezer of more than 15 years. It’s just the right size for us. Light so it can be moved easily. Quite and easy for us to organize

One should not have to be concerned about putting meat into a brand new chest freezer. Apparently I was wrong! I lost 40+ kms of it over this freezer. It would not freeze my meat solid and then it actually started to thaw. By the time I caught it, I couldn’t trust the meat any more. _x000D_ Then when I called the company asking for a refund, Ivwas told it had to be in the first 24hrs and would only repair it. What??? Where is that in the warranty??? IT’S Not! _x000D_ So a repair guy came and ordered a new temperature control modual. _x000D_ Well Frigidaire (owned by Electrolux), that is the first and only appliance I will buy from you. _x000D_ _x000D_ Crappy warranty, crappy service and crappy product. _x000D_ Clean your act up.
