A couple of months ago we bought a Frigidaire freezer and within a month or so it wasn't cooling properly. We asked our local dealer to repair it which they would have if the circuit board was available from the maker (it wasn't) So we limped along with a whole freezer full of food. While on vacation the part came in. A friend found the freezer door ajar as some of the food had thawed and slid toward the door opening it. We lost roughly $300.00 worth of food and the company won't do anything to compensate us. Try pressure canning instead of freezing food, it's much more reliable. We are very unhappy with this company.

Bought this a month ago and checked all over the internet and silica's prices were the best. While most places didn't have any in stock even. The lighting in it is great also.

I bought this product a month ago. It does not work. It has never worked. Frigidaire customer service is absolutely abysmal. I will never order from this company again.

We ordered this in early July 2020 and its was delivered in October 2020. Had it 1 day and noticed frost build up inside and discovered that the door seal was malformed and leaking air. I had to remove all food and clean up the water that was everywhere in the kitchen! We called Frigidaire and were told who to contact in our area for repair. The freezer was up and running in 2 days. In the meantime, I had to rearrange my whole frig/freezer to fit all the frozen food. The kitchen was a mess! All is well now and seems to be working fine.

All of our appliances are Frigidaire and we waited for this particular model. Very glad we did, it’s ultra quiet, size is perfect, the temperature control is easy to get to and it looks great as well!

I've had it three weeks. Doing fine. I like the open door feature most. Plus the quietness, plus FROST FREE ! And being an upright I can find things !

We bought this freezer once ours went out. The new freezer is wonderful. It's is sleek and looks nice the green light is bright and easily visible so you know it's running well. Everything is cold equally throughout and absolutely no frost. Very simple and easy to set cold control. This freezer was a smaller replacement for what we had but it is nice, roomy and easily organized inside.
