We bought this a couple of months ago to replace our 41 year old freezer and are very happy with it. One of the nice features is the door alarm if open for 5 min.

I was using chest type freezer and things were constantly migrating to the bottom of freezer and in turn I would forget what’s in it......Enter this upright, ever thing is in view when you open the door._x000D_ Could not be any happier.... and price was in my ballpark

From day one this freezer created a lot of frost. We tried to turn down the temperature and it turned off. We tried to troubleshoot this item but it still kept on producing a lot of frost. So we put up with the frost because we need a freezer. Design and concept sound good, but this unit is lacking. We keep the temp just above freezing to limit the frost but ice cream is soft at this temperature.
