I bought this a couple weeks ago. So far everything is great! The door handle is on the side of the door and is hard to open. You really need to use both hands to open the door. But it really is a nice freezer that I'm glad I bought.

Like it so far. Has bright interior LED lighting and a exterior light that shines on the floor to let you know it is working. Plenty of room. Much more convenient than my old chest freezer. I found something like 20 steaks when I cleaned it out

Purchased my freezer 11yrs ago, I am sure it's a different model but the all freezer is great. I have not had to service once and still works beautifully.

We bought this freezer 6 weeks ago and the delivery was excellent and they operated the freezer and it has been working perfectly. The size and the stainless steel look were as we wanted and we are happy with this Frigidaire freezer.

We had a problem in that our refrigerator/freezer was set into a space in our kitchen that would require a major renovation to expand. After being frustrated with the freezer side, we finally decided that it was worth purchasing a stand-up 16 cu. ft. freezer and place it just outside the kitchen. We chose the Frigidaire because we thought it looked sleek, met our needs, and the price make it the best value. It was delivered without a hitch but, the next day we noticed a relatively minor frost buildup. A technician came to fix it within a few days and it turns out that this is a common problem as the door seals sometimes warp for a variety of reasons during shipping. The technician applied some heat to the area that didn't seal properly and it expanded to fit better. Although we were a bit skeptical it worked like a charm. We haven't had any frost buildup since (about three weeks). Definitely a worthwhile purchase that works perfectly as advertised.

Bought two freezers and put them beside one another. Had one issue and your repair guy fixed it. Love the freezers. I also bought a gas cook top range and love it.

This freezer was just delivered on 12/26/20. We transferred frozen food from our chest freezer to it and left it closed for 24 hrs. By the next day it had accumulated a surprising amount of frost in the top half of the freezer. We were shocked and brushed off/removed as much as we could, chalking it up to condensation that had melted during the transfer. It's now been closed for several more days and I opened it this morning to find another alarming sight! This is definitely NOT frost free and I am looking for advice on how to proceed.

Short version: the freezer has full depth freezer shelves and short depth freezer shelves. ONLY extra short depth shelves are available for purchase. There are is no place to put extra short depth freezer shelves. It only has the pegs/infrastructure to accommodate full depth freezer shelves but they don’t sell them! Come on!
