I have owned this freezer for about a month and it is much nicer than the old chest freezer we inherited with the house. It was easy to switch the door around to open from the other side, and the light on the bottom that tells you it's on is a great feature.

I’ve had the freezer installed for about a month and it’s running perfectly. Leveling was easy and it keeps my freezer food organized really nicely.

Our old freezer began working sporadically during the pandemic and so we needed to get a new one. Due to the pandemic, there is a shortage on freezers snd we were put in a waiting list. We originally ordered a bigger sized freezer but the one that came in sooner was a smaller size. Since we did not know how long we would have to wait for our larger freezer order, we accepted the smaller one. It has been great. Everything fits in an organized way due to the smart configuration. We are very happy with our freezer.

It is upright, so we save space in the garage. It is spacious and easier to organize items on the shelves. The door-side compartments are long and wide, therefore, I can house a lot of small items. This is my first freezer and I wish I had it before.

I love how compact the outside is it fits anywhere. But dont let the looks decieve you once you open the freezer door its like a new world it is very big I have placed lots of things in this freezer and it has exceeded my expectations. I freezes as designed with no frost the door is reversable and has settings that you can controll and the color is perfect I trully love it it also has a greed light at the bottom to show the freezer has power. Great spacing and shelvs and basket at the bottom. FYI in my picture I have 6 whole chickens on the bottom bin I tested it out I can fit15 whole chickens just in the bottom bin alone this 16 Cu. freezer is bigger than it looks.

I bought this a month ago and it works great and is quiet. The freezer is narrow so it fits perfectly into a tight space in my laundry room.
