I've had this freezer for about 3 months and am constantly scraping frost off of the inside and off the food inside it. I've tried reaching out to customer service twice and have been completely ignored both times.

Recently downsized our home, but still needed a freezer. Frigidaire 16 cu ft is perfect, with shelving and door bins. It is quiet and I love the night light feature as I have it in my laundry room. Guests can get ice cream treats and not be discovered, lol.

Got this about a month ago for the garage, unit got to temp really quickly after the first plug in. Looks great and much bigger than I had anticipated.

I have this for the last month when I upgraded from a chest freezer._x000D_ I can’t believe the amount of space I have now._x000D_ Plus everything is so easy to get out._x000D_ Love my new freezer.

I bought this freezer to replace a Frigidaire chest freezer because I wanted more capacity and was tired of digging through it almost every time I needed something. I love just opening the door and at a glance seeing everything at once making it so much more convenient. I like the shelves as well but wish the shelf rails were sturdier as they are kind a flimsy thin plastic.
