Our freezer was delivered about a month ago and we've been very pleased with its performance and features! One issue for improvement would be that the ease for changing the door hinge could be improved so that the unit would not have to be placed on its back... other than that we are very happy with our freezer!

waited many months for arrival, but worth the wait. It will hold 1/4 side of beef and extra room for door items.

We love the freezer so far. It's not too loud and has plenty of space. I had to reverse the door to be hinged on the other side and it wasn't too bad.

The reason for the title is that this is a replacement for a different brand that lasted less than 60 days._x000D_ _x000D_ The freezer cooled down quickly as we added already frozen food to it. _x000D_ _x000D_ Putting the operating light near the floor seemed a bit odd to me. I guess that is so there is no need for wiring in the door. The light also serves as an alarm -- good feature._x000D_ _x000D_ The interior arrangement is good with 5 door shelves and adjustable wire shelves. Five door shelves is a real plus._x000D_ _x000D_ The temperature adjustment is what kept the rating down. Normally when I want to lower the temperature, I turn the knob to the left. On this freezer it needs to be turned to the right. This is a very small issue. I adjust the temperature once and pretty much forget it.

We bought this upright freezer for our garage. We love it! It has plenty of storage and looks so nice.

The product works as well as we expected. I cannot give it 5 stars because we actually bought this so we could put the door on the other side and no matter what we do, the door will not seal when sides are changed. Freezer is level, everything matches, big gap at the top, ice inside. After 2 days of trying, gave up. It is inconvenient with the door not being able to switch and the freezer would be awesome if it did.

The freezer is spacious, it’s easy to see everything and access it all. We had a chest freezer that required digging through to find what was needed, now we simply open the door and look on the appropriate shelf. So much better
