This dishwasher was installed in my new build house and they claimed it was an "upgrade" from the original one purchased yet this is an inferior product. The tub is extremely small both depth and width, the dishes are soaking wet after drying cycle and I have to put them in a drying rack to dry and the lack of options and features on this model are ridiculous. The silverware container is also small and made of cheap materials. Completely dissatisfied with this product. Quality is horrible.

We moved into our house that was literally just built. The dishwasher has never even been used before, but it’s the worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned! I left dishes in there for over 3 days and they are still wet! some are still oily like they weren’t even washed. Will definitely be upgrading!

This was the model our home builder chose and we’ve had it a month and I cannot wait to upgrade. The design of the racks make no sense, they are incredibly inconvenient. The heated dry option does not work on this brand new dishwasher, as everything comes out soaking wet. The bottom rack does not stay out long enough to load, it just keeps rolling back into the dishwasher. There are no options to choose from for settings. This is literally the worst dishwasher I have ever had.

This is the dishwasher that the builder selected for our new home. It's terrible!! It feels cheaply made when you open the door!! It doesnt clean well or dry the dishes well!! do not waste your money on this unit!!!

This machine was included with the purchase of our home. I would not recommend it. It is so very loud. We have an open floor plan and have to increase tv volume to hear it while the machine is running. Does a great job cleaning though.
