I bought this in September. And in November it needed to be serviced, but Frigidaire sent someone right out and fixed it for us and it's back up and running

After 4 years of not having a dishwasher I was so excited to get this one. I purchased this less than a month ago and at first use it did not drain completely. I pulled the machine back out to check everything it all looked good. Now it won't drain at all and the overflow shuts it off and never finishes because it is full of water. I called customer service they were helpful and said that it would take 72 hours for them to find someone that could come to repair it. I waited more than the 72 hours and called back. I was told an appointment had been scheduled for a week out and that someone should have called me, no one called. I was given the number to the repair company and called to find out my 5 hour repair window. I just read the reviews on this repair company they are using and out of almost 500 reviews they are all one star with people saying it is the worst experience they have ever had. Frigidaire should really check into the people they have doing their warranty repairs. I have little hope that this will get resolved.

We had not used our old dishwasher much but this one is much better to use
