This dishwasher came with our new house. Believe it or not, I went my entire life never using any dishwasher - always did it by hand. We finally decided to start using the dishwasher and it is convenient and makes the countertop look nicer without needing a dishrack. However, I didn't realize that a normal wash can take several hours to finish (including drying time). Also, the drying feature doesn't always get the dishes completely dry. I often need to hand dry the dishes after the cycle completes.

Overall we like the dishwasher however I didn't realize that our taller glasses wouldn't fit well on the top rack. Wishing the rack was just 1 inch lower but other than that it's been great.

This appliance was already put into the new house when I decided to purchase the home, and I am thoroughly disappointed. It is the very basic model with only three cycles for a wash, one temperature, and two options available (heat dry and delay 4 hr). It's the very lowest line and it shows. It does not dry the dishes even when I select the heat dry option. I have to leave the dishwasher open to dry the dishes. Yes, there is rinse aid in the dishwasher, but that doesn't do anything to help. I went out of town for a 4-day break, and came back to wet dishes, and the house is a new build, built this year. Pathetic, I tell you. _x000D_ It will be getting replaced with a better quality dishwasher from a different brand because this is just unsat. I am trying to upload photos of my wet dishes, but the system is not allowing it for some reason.

I didn't know how quiet and efficient a dishwasher could be until I bought my new Frigidaire! Everything comes out sparkling clean.

The dishwasher works very well, including getting pots and pans clean. Have been using it for a month and have no complaints.
